How to register an account:

To place an order at vinyl-gold.com You will ne to set up a customer’s account by choosing ‘REGISTER’ option. All Your future orders will be assigned to Your account which will allow us to update You on orders status and process Your orders quickly and efficiently.

2. Personal and contact information disclosed on registration forms can only be used for the purpose of processing customer’s orders  and is  not to be disclosed nor shared with any company or individual outside vinyl goldmine. Nor will it be used for any other purpose then communication with a customer and order processing.

3. When You register at vinyl-gold.com You will be asked to provide:

a) Your Name, Surname and Address

b) Email address ( essential for order processing, You will receive your orders confirmation and billing to this email address )

c) Telephone number ( is optional, however may prove essential in case we need to contact You immediately with information concerning Your order )

d) ‘login’ identification name chosen by the user

e) ‘password’ a sequence of letters or symbols granting a user secure access to their users account

4. Deleting Your users account at vinyl-gold.com:

You can delete Your customer account at vinyl-gold.com by simply informing us about Your request through email message. Your account will be deleted completely within 3 working days after receiving the request. Vinyl Goldmine will not store or transfer information stored in Your account. Consequently we will not be able to recreate Your account. To start a new customer’s account You will need to repeat registration process.
