Vinyl Goldmine is an official retail distributor of the phonographic products available at www.vinyl-gold.com . All items available for purchase are new and subjected to  full warranty in accordance to applicable European and local customer protection laws.

Safe Dispatch:

Vinyl Goldmine uses specially designed vinyl mailers to protect products in transportation. Our LP mailers have three layers, special cardboard stiffeners and an extra protection for corners and sides. Box sets and multiple LP purchases are also packed professionally in multi-layer heavy duty cardboard boxes.

Safe payment:

Payments for products bought at www.vinyl-gold.com can be processed securely using PayPal service and Dotpay credit card service. Please note those are recommended and secure methods of payment.

Returns policy:

All customers have a right to return any product purchased at ww.vinyl-gold.com for a full money refund without producing a reason or justification, provided returned product is undamaged, unopened and the return dispatch commences within 10 day of receiving item in question. A refund will be made within 7 days of Vinyl Goldmine receiving returned item.

We will accept returns of any defective or damaged item for replacement of the same item.  Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.  We will cover the cost of shipping back to you. Defective or damaged product needs to be  shipped back to Vinyl Goldmine within 10 days of customer receiving the item. A customer needs to notify Vinyl Goldmine of this fact within 10 days of receiving faulty item.
